  • Technical information: basic data your browser sends, such as IP address and browser type, which our server records for security and to keep the site working.

We do not collect card, UPI or bank details, because all orders are paid by Cash on Delivery.

  • To manage your account and show your order history.
  • To process refunds as described in our Refund Policy.
  • To prevent fraud, protect our website and meet legal requirements.

  • with our hosting provider, which stores the website and its data on our behalf; and

We keep order records for as long as needed for delivery, returns, accounting and legal requirements. Account information is kept until you delete your account. You can delete your account from your profile page.

6. Security

Our website uses HTTPS encryption, and access to customer data is limited to the people who need it to run the shop. No method of storing data online is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

7. Your rights

You can view and update your name and email from your profile, and delete your account at any time. To ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your order details, contact us using the details below.

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.
