1. About us

This website is operated by Goldsathi, a proprietorship firm located at KRM Tower, 3rd Floor, No.1 Harrington Road, Chetpet, Chennai - 600031, Tamil Nadu, India. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products

  • We sell footwear including casual shoes, formal shoes, sports sneakers, sandals and kids' shoes.
  • Each pair is sold as a full pair. Products are not sold as single shoes unless clearly listed as such.
  • Product photos are for reference. Colour, texture and branding may vary slightly from the image due to lighting or batch differences.
  • Available UK / EU sizes are listed on each product page. Please check the size chart and your usual fit before ordering.
  • Stock and sizes update regularly. If your size sells out after you order, we will contact you to offer an exchange, wait, or cancellation.

3. Sizing

  • You are responsible for selecting the correct size when placing an order.
  • If you are between sizes, check the product description for fit notes (e.g. runs small / true to size / roomy).
  • Wrong-size pairs that are unused and in original condition may be exchanged as described in our Refund Policy.

4. Prices

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices may change without notice. The price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.
  • If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and inform you.

5. Orders

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may confirm it by phone before dispatch.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order if the product or size is out of stock, the delivery address is outside our service area, or the order details cannot be verified.
  • Please provide a correct name, phone number, size preference (if asked) and full delivery address. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.

6. Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Please keep the exact amount ready and pay the delivery person when your order arrives.

7. Delivery

  • A delivery charge of ₹49 applies to each order. Orders of ₹999 or more are delivered free.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic or other conditions beyond our control.
  • Please check the packaging and shoes for damage or wrong size when they are delivered.

8. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Cancellations, size exchanges, returns and refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

9. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you think your account has been used without your permission. How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
