Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy explains where we deliver, how long delivery takes and what it costs when you order from Goldsathi.

1. Delivery area

  • We ship from our office in Chetpet, Chennai, across Chennai and other serviceable pincodes in India.
  • For remote or non-serviceable addresses, we will call you after you order to confirm whether we can deliver and how long it will take.
  • If we cannot deliver to your pincode, we will cancel the order and let you know. No payment is taken, as all orders are Cash on Delivery.

2. Delivery time

  • Orders are usually confirmed by phone and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
  • Delivery within Chennai usually takes 2–4 working days after confirmation.
  • Delivery to other cities, where available, may take 4–8 working days.
  • Delivery times are estimates. Bad weather, festivals, courier delays or other events beyond our control may cause delays. We will keep you informed by phone.

3. Delivery charges

  • A delivery charge of ₹49 applies to each order.
  • Orders of ₹999 or more get free delivery.
  • The delivery charge, if any, is shown in your cart and at checkout before you place the order.

4. Payment on delivery

All orders are Cash on Delivery. Please pay the full order amount to the delivery person when you receive your order. Keeping the exact amount ready helps us deliver faster.

5. Receiving your order

  • Footwear is packed to protect the pair in transit. Please open the package carefully and check the pair before paying.
  • Confirm that the style, colour and size match your order, and that the shoes are undamaged and unused.
  • If the box is crushed, wet or opened, or the shoes look damaged or wrong, you may refuse the delivery.
  • Someone must be available at the address to receive the order and pay. If we cannot reach you after two attempts, the order may be cancelled.

6. Tracking your order

You can see your order status under My orders after logging in. You can also call us with your order number for an update.

7. Damaged or wrong items

If you receive a damaged pair, the wrong style or the wrong size, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. See our Refund Policy for details.
